What’s on in Sydney in July, 2012

This year Winter Festival moved from Sydney CBD to Bondi beach. Visit Bondi between 29th of June and 14th of July to watch ice hokey games or Disney on Ice or try ice skating yourself.

On 30 June -22 July at State Library will be presented World Press Photo 2012 exhibition.

International Food safari from 25 June to 8 July at King Street Wharf. Check it to taste various international cuisine.

Between 1 and10 July NAIDOC week in Sydney. NAIDOC is a celebration of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and an opportunity to recognize the contributions of Indigenous Australians in various fields. During this week you can find different events if you are interesting to learn more about life of Aboriginals.

On 29 July Australia’s biggest coffee event Aroma festival takes over the historic laneways of The Rocks.

Entire July  18th Biennale of Sydney is open with various performances, film screenings and other special events. Everything is FREE the public.

Also July is peak month for whale watching in Sydney.
