I just read post about one of many email scam types and it reminded what I wanted to write for a long time. In such cases probably the first thought is from where/how scammer did get your login details? Don’t know about this case, but sometimes it is so easy to do. Personally I am not using so often computers in internet cafes, but .. If I do so, almost every second time I sit there I find somebody’s email account left open, or skype/msn messenger still connected. Now you can imagine how it easy to get some person’s details without big effort? So don’t ever forget to log off from all your accounts before you leave any public computer. Otherwise your family and friends can get into very uncomfortable and may be frightening situation.

Thanks for the heads-up 😉 Another possibility of leaking vital information is when you use “free” wi-fi with your laptop in public spaces, airports etc. Transmitted information might be easily intercepted by the “baddies” and used to alleviate your bank account or similar. “Free” is sometimes the most expensive, SY
